The Gambling Commission of Isle of Man is the regulatory body that oversees all gambling in the island, including casinos. The commission was established in 2004 and has been at the forefront of regulating this industry since then. It has a mandate to promote social responsibility, integrity and fair play among those involved with betting activities on or from the Island as well as protecting players against unfair practices by licensees.
The commission also issues international gambling licenses meaning that casinos can operate under this license around the world.
