The Gambling Commission of Antigua and Barbuda is the regulator for gaming in Antigua and Barbuda. They are responsible for ensuring that businesses who offer gambling online, land based or mobile comply with all relevant legislation. The commission was established to regulate and promote a safe environment for gambling within the country's borders. Their goal is to be fair, impartial and transparent when it comes to regulation of local businesses as well as those from other countries engaged in the provision of gaming services in Antigua & Barbuda.
It is very sad, but above mentioned high goals were only declared. The commission does not really care about enforcement of its regulations.
As a result, you won't notice any difference between a casino with the Antigua license or without any license at all.
